The personal data collected by us will be passed on to our partners and external service providers as part of the contractual processing, insofar as this is necessary for the execution of the campaign. The legal basis for the transfer of the data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

For the execution of the agreement, the data will be transferred to third countries.

Your personal data will be stored for as long as it is necessary for the execution of the campaign.

The social media platforms used are operated in third countries. Therefore, your personal data will not be processed exclusively within the EU.
